I have ordered this product numerous times but this time, I received a product that leaked inside the box, once opened the contents was like something happened to it, like it melted and then came back but not the norm. It wasn't smooth and creamy, it was grainy. I sent pictures and emailed customer service and asked for a replacement. I received a return email of the several steps to do to try to get the product back to it's original state. I paid too much for this product to have to doctor this item to maybe get it back to somewhat of a normal status. I requested that the item be replaced and that I would be more than happy to return the damaged product. I never heard back as of today! I am truly disappointed and have spent hundreds of dollars on this company's products.
