Brewing directions for hot tea: 1. 2g of tea for every 200ml boiling water 2. Steep for 5 minutes 3. Add a natural sweetener (optional) 4. Stir and serve Brewing directions for iced tea: 1. Use ½ gallon of filtered water per 1.25oz (35g) of tea 2. Pour boiling water over filter bag in 1-gallon container 3. Steep 5 minutes 4. Add a natural sweetener (optional) 5. Remove filter bag and fill the rest of the container with ice or cold water
